RAZR Vc3: Fixing Loose Keypad

I read a thread the other day on how to fix the loose keypad issue on the Verizon RAZRs. It involved removing the battery and peeling back the black plastic tape.

I have been looking for hours and can't seem to find that thread again -- I'd like to follow the "instructions" and fix my phone's keypad.

If anyone knows where that thread is or how to fix it please let me know. I searched far and wide for the thread but no luck.
