Starting 12/29/05 there will be no more 903 in most of the hk shops !!!!!!!! so get it now!! while some store still have it. Citicall are all out ><"

haha, good thing I got 2 brand new ones

When I was in HK from Dec 2nd to the 11th, there were tons everywhere, citicall had it at all of their stores in MongKok, even Apliu street were selling it. All over Sen Dat Mall too.

Hmm... good thing I didnt sell out mine yet.

is there a reason why they will stop selling 12/29? is it simply out of stock?

btw the reason I am guessing they wont allow others to sell "water " 903 is that Smartone is losing money??? after the novermber full unlock release who that hell would buy a 903 that is way more expensive??? well except for those ppl who wants warranty, but that's just my guess.

just incase I get flame lol I am talking about the "water" 903 not the smartone one. Of course Smartone will sell 903 but it's at 5000+ hkd. while the "water" 903 was at 3980

Did all of Hong Kong suddenly decide to get rid of EVERY 903 after December 29th? No. What a bunch of ******** this is. I asked my friend to go check this out for me, and he said he saw TONS today in Mongkok.

And I got mine off ebay, so you can't really use your little "non-ebayer *******" trick on me.

Nobody pay attention to this thread. This is coming from someone who registered only to post this crap. Everyone knows there are plenty of 903s everywhere.

ummm..... did you know I was talking about the big store branch not those little store ones. I was talking about Citicall. GO tell ur friend to go see those big stores around the Mong Kok station. Geez. if you dont know crap, then just shut up!!!! of course I did say they still sell them in those small stores like Sin Dat, but would u like to get rid off or something? btw there are a couple of stores in Apliu street too. i think he is for real. well for the small stores in mong kok because i read a chinese news article that hong kong customs is closing down on unlocked v903s that is running w/ the hong kong firmware which is a "pirated" sx833. it's in appledaily 12/31/2005. you know how the hk customs are w/ "pirated" things ...

here's the short article if u guys know how to read it. i think it's only gonna be temporarily ..

hahah yea~! cause the day before yesterday almost all the 903 on Apliu street were gone. Then I check again they brought it bak out hahahaha so funny. Even phones are like that now. Sigh......

I would think it's obvious that they've been trying to crack down on it in the major stores. SmarTone/Vodafone wants to make their money off the SX833.

Is this true? No, it's not true at all. We are STILL able to get 903s in Hong Kong. So instead of trolling all over this board like you think you know everything, just give people the facts.

Honestly, how old are you? Calling people "*******", telling them to "shut up", and writing things like "hehe ^^". Let's stick to talking about phones, without all this other nonsense in here.

I really don't appreciate this comment. Does being from Canada make me an idiot? I think not. The reason I said don't pay attention is because you made it sound like HK was running out of 903s without saying why or where you heard it.

i thought 3 siu is from jerry kee shop ?! and if that's true ... jerry kee (and his shop) is the guy under investigation because he invented the v903 firmware flashing or the first one to do it .. something like that .... i think it's mentioned on the news article ...?!??!

lol. wow... lets get our facts straight. jerry kee didn't invent 903sh flashing.. he did have a hand in it.. and his store/office is on a weekly raid basis by government officials under the advise of Smartone.

hk does still have units availabe for sale of the 903sh.. but its getting scarce. very scarce.

Gonna have to agree with you. Sometimes the shops will spread "inventory" rumours themselves just to make people buy the phones now rather than later. While customs may have be coming down on Jerry Kee, his firmware is out on the street and they can't really do anythinga bout it. Also, the Smartone SX833 firmware (which is unlocked) can also be flashed to the V903SH.

Appledaily is known for making up BS just to sell copies/get readership. Sensationalist crap and all. It's no better than reading The Inquirer or your local variety tabloid.

I was down in Mong Kok last week and saw plenty of unlocked Vodafone "water product" V903SH, in both black and red. Now they got a beige one too. Pricing was around ~3900 HKD.

To the original poster, if you wanna feel special that's fine, but spreading crap like this doesn't serve anyone.
