You can put videos on your V3c!
Use the OBEX to put .mp4 formatted video into the /videos folder on your phone.
If the video you want is not in the correct format/size, a program for conversion to iPod video format will work very well.
Once it's on the phone, just go to the my Flix section, and watch it.
You definitely want to have a small resolution, but length isn't important--I put a full length music video on mine.
The only limitation is the 30mb.

The program I use to convert the video is iSquint (for Mac OSX.)
It does a great job--you can choose resolution, compression, and the format it outputs if correct for the phone.
I use Apple Bluetooth File Exchange to transfer the video onto the phone.

you can also use Videora to convert, i use that to convert videos to .mp4 for my iPod video...best of all, it's freeware.
