What tool did you try to unlock it with ? While it's not exactly rocket science, you'd better leave it to someone who knows what he's doing... Otherwise, try the knowledgeable folks at mobfiles.

thanx but the phone came back to live again the tool called furious sharp gx15-gx30-TM100 UNLOCKER
it said the phone swited to test mode while the phone just went off no screen and the tool said dont never remove your battery otherwise you will have dead phone soo after a while i removed it put it back on and it works now...
