Hi. I was having a little problem transferring MP3 files from my laptop to my Nokia 7710 and was hoping someone could help me.

I installed Nokia PC Suite. I am able to get the MP3s I download in the Nokia Audio manager in the Music Studio pane. I input the USB cable to transfer the MP3 to the phone but it wont allow me to do it. In the Mobile Phone pane it says that "there is no supported phone connected". However, on the Nokia it recognizes the connection. What can I do?

You need to install the correct drivers for the phone, however I suggest you get a memory card reader as it is way faster than usb and also easier to use.

When I had my 7710, I just installed the drivers from the cd that came with the phone and it worked perfectly..
