Live in Northern NJ! Need advice

Im am currently out of contract with Verizon. I live in Northern NJ and im debating whether to port my number and go to Cingular. Anyone here live in northern NJ and went from Verizon to Cingular? How is their service?Reception?Voice quality? compared to Verizon. I have no complaints about Verizon. Their service is excellent but their phones SUCK! Has anyone here
made the jump and had regrets?
