Sidekick 2 to go Warranty?

My girls prepaid sidekick 2 is messin up. Connection keeps dropping, and she has to reboot every five minutes.

Can i just call tmo and do a warranty exchange?

i don't think so prepaid has no warranty. i got a side kick ll prepaid and put my sim from my other t-mobile phone in it that's how i got my warranty .

Hey say i did do a handset exchange with my monthly nonprepaid account. Do they send me a new phone first with a prepaid shipping box? or do i have to loss my sk for a few weeks?

Prepay phones have waranty. The sk2 has 1 yr hardware waranty. Call cust care, ask for the danger support. Tell them your problem. They will send you a referb. They do make you send the broken one into them. If you have problems ask for second teir suport. Good luck

Prepaid customers have to send the unit back first. I think I mailed mine off on Monday and got the exchange the next week on Friday.
