6700 Won't synch contacts/calander

Anybody know how to fix this? Wont' synch the contacts, calander, notes, etc. Only favorites. Says I need to open my Outlook using a different profile then reconnect the phone and run the synch wizard. Finanlly got it to the point where it would let me check the boxes to synch the contacts and other stuff, but it still gives me the same message. What Outlook profile is it talking about? THanks.
