Alright, I sucesfully did my first flash/flex and it was a Monster pack for my Moto V620... all went well, I am happy and have no issues with the new software. The only thing that dissapointed me, was that all the original ringtones that came with the phone's older software, I liked them more then the ones with this software. Is there anyway to go back to the old flash/flex? or just to get the old ringtones back?

Can u do me a favor? Please try to sign into a website that requires a password on your phone. Maybe gmail or something like that. I have the same flex and firmware, but my phone reboots everytime I try to sign into a website that needs a password. I'm curious to see if it happens to you. Also, my camera stopped working as well.

Tried it (Gmail) works with no problems. My camera works no problem, and its now faster for giving me a decision for Discard or Save. I really like this monstor pack... but I never backed up the origi that came with the phone (Stock unbranded and unlocked) which had AWESOME backgrounds and ringtones which were all stock because they had the lock beside them. Hopefully somebody can help me out.

These vary from monsterpack to monsterpack, no matter which phone you happen to be working with. Can you remember the names of what you're looking for? A lot of folks have saved off the contents of /a/ (and /b/, /c/ now) from a lot of phones, I bet if you can name the sounds you're looking for by name we can help.

It had the Fluid Ringtone in MP3 form, it also had Techno and a few others which I can't remember the names of too much. Im really after the Fluid.MP3 and Digital Signal.MP3 found on the V635.

Well here's a rub -- I have a bunch of stuff backed up but it's all named ~AlertFile123.mp3 or ~AlertFile456.mid, etc. I have no clue what the on-phone names for any of it is, and there aren't any useful ID3 tags. Yarrrrr.

Sorry man, maybe someone else has better info on finding Techno or Fluid for ya...

PS: you can always download some random flexes (*.HS files) and use the "Break Flex" feature in MotoKit to extract all sorts of neat stuff, ringers included. I *think* it may also work on .shx files, but I can't be sure - don't use it often enough.

There's officially something wrong with my phone. I have flashed my phone about 10 times with like 5 different files and I kepp having the same problems. Camera still not working and phone reboots every time I log into a site with a password. Any ideas?
