Battery died suddenly on V360

Hello,

I had left my V360 on for a few days and checked the battery life in the phone settings today. It said 4.

I then proceeded to make a brief, 20 second phone call. As soon as I hung up, the battery level dropped to 0 and the phone started beeping, saying "low battery" and flashing a red battery icon.

So WTF? How does the phone go from a 4 to 0 in 20 seconds? This is a brand new V360 and its been drained and re-charged twice already. Has this happened to anyone else before? Are Motos notorious for "dying" all of a sudden?
