RAZR Address book

Hey all, long time lurker here. I just recently got the V3 black Razr with Cingular. Love the phone, but then again, anything was better than my "brick" TDMA phone. Anyway, I have two questions. I've tried searching, but can't really find what I'm looking for. I'm sure they have been covered before (maybe a couple 100 times already ), so sorry for the repost if it has.
1) What's the advantages/disadvantages of saving your address book to your SIM card instead of the phone?
2) What do I need to do to delete all the preset stuff that came on the phone (i.e. pictures, moto video, audio, etc.), so I can really use the space for my stuff and not have the stuff I'm never going to use? Currently, the only thing I bought to help transfer stuff is a USB bluetooth dongle. Do I need something else, like a cable, to achieve this?

Again, sorry if these have been covered before like I'm sure they have, but I just can't seem to find it.

1) advanage is you can use your sim to different GSM phones without reentrying them again. disadvange is, you can't assocaite the phone / ringtone to a SIM contact.

2) p2ktool(s)

Thanks for the reply.

1) That's dumb that you can't assign ringtones. That defeats the whole purpose imho.

2) Do I need to get a data cable for p2ktools or will bluetooth work?

all of what i have read suggests you use the cable for mods and bluetooth (or cable) to transfer stuff.
