RAZR battery (Wonky Charges)

Okay..so I am sitting with my phone with 6 bars. All of a sudden it drops down to 4 bars. I plug it in and take a nap. When I wake up after a few hours, it says there are now 2 bars.
How did it go DOWN while chraging.
Here is where it gets interesting..UNPLUG it...6 bars..plug it back in..2 bars..turn it off and on and plug and unplug it..keeps going from 6 to 2. Weiiird.

idk i dont think that battery meter is correct just let your phone get really low, like when the battery turns orange and then turn the phone off and let it charge completley thats what i did bc my razr was not holding a charge for long..
