Dead V3c menu...

ok, so i loaded a new wallpaper to my phone, switched to the new graphic, and now the menu on the phone will come up. anyone know how i can revert back to the factory settings without having to go into menu --> Tools & Settings --> etc... since my menu will not load??? i figured i could re-flash it but have had a hard time finding anything for the v3c. thanks in advance!

Have you tried a master reset?
