Where do i put skins/themes?

Whereabouts in the phone do I put the skin/theme?
Do I have to put it in some sort of folder or anything?

depends on your phone, seems u got a rokr it should be in /a/mobile/skins/ use p2kcommander or p2ktools

I can't get any of those to work. It always says that it's disconnected and when I try to connect it fails and says to try again.

I've read that you have to download PST 6.7 and whatnot to be able to get the P2K tools to work. Where can I get it?
