Unable to send txt msg! razr v3 !

well today i got my new razr v3 and when i bought it they gave me one month free txt messaging but when i tried to txt my friend it says unable to txt msg sent to outbox to retry later. so it retrys still doesnt work! i send another txt msg same thing happens! i have full bar reception so thats not the problem! how do i fix this little delema?

btw my provider is cingular

check the SMS center is the correct number for cingular.
