Accessing/Changing Ringtones + Roaming Question

How do I go about changing my Ringtone with songs I downloaded from the Catalog?
Also, I'm heading out to Las Vegas tommorow. I assume all my DATA services will work there correct? I shouldn't be charged for any data roaming / calling fees since I'm in US territory correct?

In the application you want to set find the menu item with a green music note - from that settings screen you can select a ringtone for that application alert (like email, phone, sms, or whatever).
Your data services should work nationwide as long as they're on t-mobile's coverage maps. I don't know of any issues in Nevada at all, you should be good to go. I know there are a few places in NC/SC where you actually roam on another carrier, but that's really the exception rather than the rule. I haven't been to any major city yet where I didn't have data on my sk.
