Anyone know of any program that will allow me to do so? Some of my MP3s' BR is too high for the 903(The max BR is 192 correct?). Thnx in advance.

i use Sony Sound Forge 8.0...works like a charm...and fast too!

you can also use it to up the volume, cut out parts, etc etc...
