Problem with Razr V3 greeting after flash

I flashed my phone with the newest files from MotoX. Now the greeting comes up and says Flex Error: Phone Subsidy-Locked. The phone fuctions with my sim card in, but if you change the greeting it just reverts back to the same message Flex Error: Phone Subsidy-Locked. I'm just curious if anyone has any information to help me fix the problem.

Check that link out...at the bottom of the faq (bout 5) it gives a explanation on how to get rid of that...

delete your secure_pds_init file with p2k
set new greeting and reboot phone.... i think!
