hmm i just flashed my e398 to tomeq's 45r...problem is is that he obviously decided to have the wierdest vibration ever!!
so is there a seem i can just edit to maybe calm it down a little bit?

oh and also...i tried to rename the operator's name on the phone...and for some reason the name doesnt even show up at all in the plmn_text_table.bin
how strange...
