Silencer in Sharp GX17

Sorry for my english, it's not my mother tongue.
I recently purchased a SHARP GX17.
What I miss in this phone is a way to make it stop sounding or vibrating when you are getting a phone cold. The only way to stop it is to attending the phone call or sending the caller a "busy" tone.
Anybody has an idea of how to perform this?
