Is there a way to remove LG's installed wallpaper & ringtones on the VX 8100 using Bitpim?

What? . . . no Gurus??? . . . surely, someone must know how to remove / delete Verizons pre-installed wallpaper and ringtones!?

Also how to delete "sounds". They won't "erase" when I try to using the phone menu. Bitpim doesn't even show them in the ms catagory! I've tried everything I know, which is very litttle. Any help? . . . even a link to a thread or post would be appreciated.

PS. I've search & searched the posts / threads and don't seem to find any answers.

Yeah, I saw that thread but wasn't sure if there was something else other than erasing the tones that had caused his problem. Thanks WW.
