V3 sync issues with outlook 2003 help!

Ok so I just bough a v3 and I have MPT 4.0 every time I try and sync my outlook contacts it finds them goes through the whole process and in the end gives a failure but no reason as to why it failed. My Outlook calendar can sync with no problems. Does anyone have a solution? I'm kinda desperate because I have no contacts on my phone.
