I have never been able to download any ringtones or wallpaper to my i850. I have had it for 4 months now. Nextel has given me the run around..tech 2 support cannot even help. I can download free content, however. I also can browse the web. If I use my husbands sim card, I can download but then I lose all my photos.

I have the ringtones sent to my phone and also try browsing them FROM the phone. I cannot even get to the buy screen. I get a error 500 notice.

Can anyone help me? I have searched the forums but cannot find advice.

Just purchase a data cable and look in the forum for information on webjal ...Too easy

Heres the answer to your problem...you need the data cable that goes from your computer to your phone, i think there like 20 bucks or less now a days...then you need to download WebJAL..if you dont have that contact me at sheree@girlsgarage.com and just refer back to this post for me...and i can tell you where to download webJAL for free and its all legal an there will be NO VIRIUS!! thats important to be able to trust hte place you download it from..and i got it from a person i trust very much and hes a great computer guy...i will give you the info to get ot his site and he gives step-by-step instructions so if i could do it anyone can!!
