Bell 8910 not accepting ringtones

I just uploaded a custom ringtone with the datacable according to what I read on this forum, deleted the contentinfo file, and rebooted... Everything went perfect, except the fact that when I try to set it as my main ringtone, it's not in the downloaded ringtones... And if I do menu followed by 6, a new folder was created, named Others, and the ringtone that I've created is in there, but I can only play it... Anyone have an idea or a solution????
Thanks!

Bell Users:
Files: 10.gcd (Right click and choose save target as)
1) Turn on your phone and plug it in.
2) Find an mp3.
3) Cut about 30 seconds out of it, and encode it to 48kb/s at 20500. (I use Adobe Audition)
4) Rename this new mp3 to 10.dat.
5) Open bitpim and expand "/" and "/MA"
6) Upload 10.dat to your phone (By right clicking on MA and choosing New File) and record the file size.
7) Open the 10.gcd in Notepad.
8) Edit 10.gcd and change the text after "Content-Name:" to what you would like your file to be called.
9) Edit 10.gcd and change the text after "Content-Size:" to the file size that you recorded earlier.
10) Upload 10.gcd to the "MA" directory.
FINISHING
*Do this once you are satisfied with the items that you have added.*
11) Now delete the ContentInfo file in your "/MA" directory.
12) Unplug your phone, turn it off by holding down the red key.
13) Turn the phone back on by holding down the red key. This will take a little while longer than usual,
as the ContentInfo file has to be remade again with your new entries.

I've done that a dozen times, without any result... Maybe Bell mobility changed their firmware to only accept stuff coming or signed from them... But I've done some other testing, and I found that I can send myself pictures from rumkin.com/tools/sprint, but the mp3s are doing the same thing... It says that the content is corrupted or something like that... Any new ideas??

make sure yours .dat and not .mp3 ...
Sometimes when you goto rename on windows and put .dat it actually does this filename.dat.mp3 with mp3 being the extension.

You have to make sure you have filename extensions displayed in Windows. (Open explorer, go to tools, folder options, then untick the box "Hide extensions for known filetypes")

I'm sure of the extension used, it's .dat... But like I said in another forum, I managed to make it recognized a ringtone by creating a .pmd with cmx studio, but the quality sucks... Maybe Bell Mobility created a new firmware that causes that problem, or maybe I'm not editing correctly the .gcd... Can anyone send me the 10.gcd file mentionned earlier, because on the vox8910 site, the link is broken...
Thanks!
