worldmate 2k4 v3.1 on p900 with T-MO settings

the old worldmate use to work but when i upgraded to the new one it stop dling so i cant get anymore weather updates. is it because im only on the 4.99 tzones only and that tmo closed the ports. or does someone have a different setting to get this to work. i am able to only check certain websites with the tzones i got and i still get emails but my aim is definately gone.
