I erased the factory midi ringtones via BitPim b/c I was sick of looking at them on my phone. Now my phone is screwed, everytime I try to perform a function it makes a click noise and the phone restarts on it's own. I tried doing a factory reset (Menu --> "0" --> password: "000000" --> option 12) it did absolutely nothing, it didn't restart my phone. I need to get the ringtones back, b/c apparently they had a file that ran the phones OS!!!!! HELP!!

Here's a link to the factory-installed ringers, though I don't know why missing them would be causing a problem. Perhaps you deleted something else? Download these midis and use bitpim to put them back onto your phone.

Thanks for the link, I got those back on, but still no luck. But I don't have "Ringer 1" through whatever either... I erased ALL default rings. Any chance you can host those?

Yeah, I'll host them for you in a short bit. Unfortunately, my ISP required me to renew my router's IP today so my IP changed and I'm waiting for the changes to propagate down through the DNS servers. Hopefully it'll be done within the hour, but if not I'll just give you the IP.

No need, I took it to Verizon and they gave me a brand new phone. Not a bad deal. They said mine wasn't the only one that had been returned with the same problem. Thanks for you help!!

Hey Kurmbox any chance you could put the factory ringtones up somewhere? I've searched google but can't find just the regular ringtones. TIA.
