Music on the 903SH & 802SH - MP3's, AAC ..

I have Japanese firmware. I have the Panasonic Media Card and SD Jukebox - but found it annoying. Instead of fighting with it, I have been converting to AAC in ITunes - but I have found that it strips all the ID3 tags from the music. So when I view My Music on the phone, it lumps all the songs together only by filename. Annoying. I have the little music dongle that displays the song/artist etc, but when ITunes drops the ID3 tags, it obviously doesn't display all this info.
So - how is everyone else managing music? I suppose I could switch to the Euro Firmware - but I like to read/write Japanese... I haven't tried, but I suppose I could try to add the Artist/Album/Track info to the songs, and start using the AAC files as my main music library - but with 80 gigs of well organized MP3s, this idea doesn't excite me...
Also - anyone reading this far - if you have any of the Sharp phones and like music - BUY the music dongle... it is VERY worthwhile. I first got it with the 801SH, and now also use it on the 802SH and 903SH... I forget how much it cost, but couldn't imagine having to open the phone and screw around with it everytime i wanted to switch songs/volume... It has a convenient Train mode as well!

no takers on this topic eh?
Well - how about the desktop software? Is it worth installing? I typically don't install software unless critical - especially if it is Japanese software (my OS is English WinXP Pro), but would like to sync my phone with Outlook - which I think is possible using that software isn't it?

i normally just rename the songs all together. like title and song name. dont know any programs that can fix it. maybe itunes can rename them.
