i have a few pictures that are .jpg and i want to use them as the background of my phone.how do i make the pictures smaller using "paint" to get the pictures to fit the size of my screen?

most people would laugh at you for trying to use PAINT... get a program called "Batch Image Resizer"... the demo version is unlimited, but you can only convert 6 pic's at a time...

Also try the photo editor included in Office.
