I just called Cingular CS about my t637 for the 3rd time. The bluetooth has become unusable and the joystick doesnt respond up or down half the time. I went through all the resets, etc and even tested the bt headset (a motorola 850, I think) on someone else's phone and it worked. When I told them all of this they initally offered one of the free phones - either a Samsung or an LG, neither of which had BT. I told them that this wouldnt work - and lo and behold - the offer the 520. My question to those of you that have used both (there is probably only 2!) - how do they compare?

The reason I ask is that I dont have a contract and can renew at any point and get the w600 (which is what I will eventually do) for $150 through Premier. I would just as soon wait 6 months and see if it comes down or anything else I want comes out. Will I be happy with the z520? I am definitely looking for all the things everyone talks about (speaker volume, etc) and have read through the 520 thread - which is why I am asking this - there seems to be a changing of opinion on this phone since it came out. Seems to be alot of firmware problems (?). Did I do the right thing in requesting a different phone or should I have stuck with the t637? As ususal, thanks for the input!
