I can't get anything to download on mine.

I get it going through the motion though because the progress bar is there moving. However, once it gets towards the end though, I keep getting the communication error about changing the Baud Rate on the phone to 19200 or so.

Any tips?

Try to keep the file size under 512k, I don't think you can upload anything bigger than that.
