i downloaded the mobile phone tools.
i cant seem to get the multimedia studio working.
ive tried several times already still nothing.
updated. restarted. turned phone on and off.
still nothing.
anyone know what to dooo.

I assume your talking about the razr in your profile.

MPT should have the razr on its list, so I'm not really sure unless you didn't install the drivers properly for your phone. The more important pointis that mpt is crap software, and any program like p2k tools is way better (and free)

i have downloaded p2k the advance edition i think.
i uninstalled it cuz it never detected my phone.
do you have the link to download the p2k tools that'll actually work.
that isnt the .rar format because that doesnt download to my computer.

I use MPT and it detects both my motos just fine. I have a problem with p2k though. I just can't get it to recognize them for some reason.

you need PST installed as p2kAE uses it's drivers

if your mPT is working but not you studio, is there any error message?

try renaming the files in your phone so it will easily read them.
