Watch the Target sales paper. I picked up the T-Mo 6101 (same phone) last week for $99.88 in the pre-paid pack. Unlike some previous T-Mo phones, Internet and MMS was not locked out on this phone. After unlocking the phone, I sent the Cingular settings OTA and it works perfect.
