I am on my second SE w600i. The first one came with a screen that didn't have a functional backlight. You could see the screen just no colors or light. First phone seemed to play mp3's fine.

Just got the second phone. Sometimes while listening to mp3's there will be a bzzzzzz sound followed by a message that says "failed". It stops the music... Doesn't seem to always do it on a particular song, kind of just randomly... Any one know any tricks?

I'm also on my 2nd w600i. This has happened on both of them. I know two other people with the phone but they haven't reported this issue.

it has happened to me a few times. i can't reliably reproduce it though....its kind of random...

Sony Ericssons have always been random for me, besides the old SE T61C or whatever on verizon, it was my first cell phone ever, so it was "awesome".

The fact that SE's are random and have never really worked right in some way, I bough a razr, for about 100 Dollars cheaper!
