Strange Problem

Hey all, my buddy gave me his old SK2. Now the phone was in good working condition until one day it seemed to stop taking a charge. He gave me a battery out of an old damaged SK2 that he had to swap in. After swapping the battery i was hoping the problem would go away, but it hasnt.

When i plug the phone in, it shows that it is charging, but it just wont seem to take a charge. When i try and power up the phone, sometimes it almost finishes booting up, whereas other times its doesnt do anything. The screen usually comes up where it says, "low battery, please charge then your unit will automatically power one" or something to that extenet.

Anyone have any suggestions to aiding my problem?

looks like its the actual phone thats the problem, and not the battery... the phones circuit board may have become faulty? im assuming theres no warranty anymore, no?

maybe thats why he gave u the phone? cuz he knows theres problems.. but if the warrantys finished.. good luck with that.. maybe tmobile will take it back for a price so call up the tmobile customer service and see wats up
