Help My Pink v3 won't send MMS

I bought a pink v3 that was unlocked and later a found out that it was a euro v3... never the less I put my cingular sim card in it and it work fine but for some reason I am not able to go on the web or send MMS. I called tech support for Cingular 4 different times and they couldn't figure it out. I heard that there is software that you can download to the phone to make it work. Is that true or am I stuck with a pink v3 that can't go online or sent MMS.

Thanks but that didn't work, I think its something with the phone its not talking to cingular's system to allow it to send and recive sms and mms.
