SMT 5600 - Speaker volume

It seems that the volume for the speakerphone/listening to mp3s, etc. is a little low, even at max volume. Is there anyway to turn it up, or is this it?

if you are using the Windows Media Player application, it has a seperate volume control for it itself.
asides from the phones hardware volume button, you need to have media player visible, and press the toggle UP key?
