V400 not starting up

I used a program called flashbackup version 2.5 to backup my phone in prep. for a flash/flex. That went OK, but I also tried something called "remove subsidy lock", figuring this would unlock the phone. Bad move, the phone will not startup now. Any ideas?

I get the Hellomoto screen for a second and the keys illuminate, but then it turns off.

I also have tried getting into flash(bootloader) mode with no success. *, # and power are doing nothing. In fact it seems to be preventing the phone from coming on.
