"Please help" My V360 showing CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER

I hope somebody can help me with my Motorola V360 Tim, I flashed my phone with R4513_G.08.B7.56R_A_PDSOOC_LP0039_DRM0101_JP JAVA_G_08 34R _SE6160AXXF10BE_1FF. It was working fine for a week, then I played with it and somehow I messed it up. At first it showed "Enter Susidy Password", then after that it showed CONTACT SEVICE PROVIDER. I tried to flash it a couple times, but nothing happened because I cannot get in the menu of the phone to go to USB settings to change it to Data/Fax Connection. I will be appreciated if someone can help me to fix my phone. Please...

Did you flash it with a locked Monsterpack? It sounds like you did. You probably going to have to get the phone unlocked.

Where can I get it unlocked? I did take it to a couple phone stores in Westminster, California. But they said they had to open the phone and reset it, is that true?

I can't find any store in the Marketplace that can unlock V360 and I would also like to unlock my Cingular ROKR e1 to use with T-mobile. Thanks for all the responses.
