flash fail on rokr - cannot flash to anything over 34R

I have a prototype rokr and I cant flash to anything over 34R... i've tried 42, 44, and 45Rs
and all I get is flash error
Now i need to enter my subsidy pin to make the phone work, but I dont know it

where did u download the 34R from.. u should download it from modyomoto.com.. i think its unlocked.. cuz rite now u locked ur phone..
