Is there any way to make one of the home menu smart keys "New Video"?

I want to go straight to the option to record a new video with 1 or 2 button presses.

Right now I have it set for the "Video" menu, and from there I can scroll down and select "New Video", but I'd like to go straight to "New Video"

Thanks for any tips...

Can't you just assign a shortcut to go to new video? I tried it on my V3 and it works. Just a thought.

Instead of assigning "Videos" to the smart key, assign "Video Camera" to the smart key. If you don't have a "Video Camera" option, then you need to add it to your mma files. Some provider branded flexes sacrifice that menu option for their branded junk like Cingular Mall or T-Zones.
