Razr V3c and a Kensington BT Dongle

Ok so I got a BT dongle after everyone telling me the USB drivers for Motorola suck, which they do. I have the software installed, can pair with my phone but when I double click the phone's icon there isnt an option for dialup networking. From the BVRP forums for MPT, it is supposed to be there. Any ideas on what I need to do or how I can go about making this work? I am able to use my phone as a modem with the USB cable just fine, but I cant get it to go with BT. The file transfers and whatnot all work, and I have version 4.04 of MPT. I have the Widcomm 4.0.1.2400 that came with the Kensignton adaptor. OS is Windows XP SP2. Anyone get it to work with this setup? Any help is appricated.
