V3 taking too long to chage

Hi, i just recently bought a V3 and lately its been taking about 15 hours to charge my phone fully... its a new phone, could it be that the first few charges take longer? can someone please help me out thanx.

I think that the initial charge takes that long, after that it shouldn't take more than 4 hours and you definitely should not leave it charged overnight!

The longest it took my razr to recharge was just under 6hrs. This was a charge after a low battery indication.

Turn the phone off and do the recharge. See if that takes less time.

What kind of charger are you using? How many mAh?

Also, pull out the battery, clean the contacts (alcohol on a qtip, or use a pencil eraser to rub them sparkling), re-seat the battery, and try again. You'd be surprised how often an unseated batt can be problematic (esp in SE phones)

i c, well my phones charged for 15 hours twice already... i dont think this is an initial thingy... i kept checkin back and forth to see when it says 'charging complete' so i know for a fact that i aint over charging it

ill try to reseat it and tell u how it goes.

by the way could this be a firmware problem?
