Connect to MPX220 using USB...I must be missing something!

I know I must be missing someting, probably something sitting right in front of me...but what exactly do I need to do to connect to my MPX220 via USB, ohter than the USB cable?

This is a Japanese version of the MPX220, and includes the USB cable. The phone displays in English now, but after I physically connect the phone to my PC via the USB cable I can't seem to find the drivers...or whatever else is needed to connect the two.

any help is appreciated.

It looks like you can just d/l Active Sync from microsoft.com to connect your PC to phone. Of course this only does the sync, it doesn't do much for tweaking your phone (from what I've found anyway).

heyal,

just joined the forum so heyal nice to meet u.

i have the same phone actually its my sons but he just gave it to me since he uses a palm and another one as well.

anyway with you phone came a cd or it should have and on that cd will drivers, usb drivers***which if u have them installed already you wont need to use cd one, and there is a program called ACTIVESYNC by Microsoft. if its not on cd d/l to drive and install

now gets tricky let your computer boot let everything load open activesync when its open click on menu to open "get connection"

a message will open to tell you to plug in usb to device then to turn on the device then activesync will auto detect it.

so when doing this... make sure its all ready ON -phone- then u just plug in the usb let it detect and sync it then u can copy install add remove and i have dont anything else so thats what im working on know.
