Ok, SO I have figured out how to rip songs froma CD and make them the correct format for my i870, but what if I just have the song on my computer as a mp3 file, how can I change the settings on those songs so they will work on my i870?

I have dbpower amp but it says the trial has run out for convert mp3's... is there a free program that will do the same thing?

Or is there a way to do it with the3 Roxio disc included with the phone?

Go to ^that^ page, scroll down and click on "Free." On the next page the comes up, scroll down to bottom again, wait for timer to count down (30 sec) and then the download link will appear. Save, unzip, install, enjoy.
