unlocked V3 from overseas, need help.

Hey I purchased a RAZR from the UK which was supposed to be fully unlocked so he told me but it turns out its voice unlocked and thats about it. My problem is, I can place calls and send and receive SMS, but I cant access mobile internet or send picture messages, or upload pictures to my online album...

'm an employee at Rogers and went through just about every troubleshooting procedure I could find and nadda...(this phone is unlocked from Virgin and now on Rogers). I then took it into a local dealer to update the firmware and hoping that by doing so it would update all the settings in the phone and lock it to rogers. That didnt work, the firmware didnt even recognize the phone since it was overseas.

My delema is, I know that updating the firmware will allow me to access the web and send picture sms. ow can I update the firmware if the rogers dealer's motorola software wont recognize the phone? Is there anythign I have overlooked that I can punch into the phone? Is there any way to fully unlock this phone>

Try the Marketplace. You can get the phone unlocked there. There is no Flash/Flex/Monsterpack/Special Code (Unless you provider gives it to you) that will unlock your phone.
