RSD Lite Error (V635)

I am trying to flash my v635 and when I click start I get an error messages
"13001, TCI instance not found,1"
Can someone tell me why I am getting this error, I have googled and found nada!

What version of RSD do you have?

Oh got it fixed, I am using 2.0.3 now I was using a build after that wasn't working
