V3 razr black

I just baught a new Motorola V3 Razr Special Edition Black.Now the thing i hate the most is a phone i paid for and its locked to a company.Now iv never done this before but i think i can use VictorGsm to flash the phone with
download S/W Version: R374_G_0E.40.79R_MOTOX.shx
Flex Version: SE8607AXXT1088

But the thing im worried about is my current version on my phone newer then this ? also by flashing my phone do a stock phone will i also unlock it ?

I've heard good things about gsmliberty ...

Your flashing and flexing will do NOTHING to unlock your phone.

No, you didn't. The "Special Edition" was only offered for a short time and came with several things the "regular" black version doesn't (like a metal tin, IIRC.) You "baught" a regular, normal black Razr V3.

You need to READ and LEARN more. You do not need VictorGSM to do this, and there are *several* newer versions of firmware and/or flex.

See my comments above. Especially the READ and LEARN comment. Don't do anything until you do that.
