It sounds as though nobody's happy working for cingular. Is the pay not good? What's an average rep. making a year? What's a top rep making a year?

is anyone ever truly happy where their working unless it's for themself or they are a high up on the chain? Even then they may not be happy

^^ yes commission can mean good money, but Im wondering (ballpark) what some of the reps on this board are making OR if they dont want to disclose what they make (which I can understand) what other reps for cingular are making...

the agent i work for pays nice commissions. alot better than corporate.

I get pay 8 dollars an hour plus commission. 5 dollars for each new activation.. I work for an exclusive cingular store. not a corp.

How many customers did Cingular lose last year? I was under the impression we were gaining?

We are gaining, but not by much or at least as much as Verizon and Sprint/Nextel. Also depends on how long we can hold on to the former blue accounts that haven't been force migrated yet.

^^^ Not to bad...I was under the impression that Cingular was scr*wing it's sales reps. There's a post on this forum talking about a new commission structure. Do you guys forsee the commission change as a benefit or is it just another way Cingular is trying to scr*w you guys?

Hey SoCal -- I can't help I am missing a few teeth ! Its tough at the trailer park making ends meet and my phone doesn't work inside my metal coke can . My Cingular comm checks just can't support me and my 5 kids . Especially now when I have to bring in extra lines at the add on $9.99 ( lousy $5.00 hit ) instead of how i did it for 3 years as the main line ( $28.00 buck hit ) = an extra $400.-$500. p/mth on the comm. check = I get to buy more real estate courtesy of Crapular wireless . lol
Plus throw in $3500-4000. extra in OT - that pays for alot of tatoo's for me and my wife !!!!!
I am glad you waste your time reading my posts plus " actually " remember what I ranted about ! If you don't like reading my sarcastic posts about the soon to be second place company in the nation ) 3rd might not be to far away ? ) then don't read my posts .

I am not a company man and never will be .
Look at all the confrontation situations we have to go through everyday . Quick story ---
big moron cretin guy ( trailer park resident I suspect ?? ) breaks a flip phone right in front a nice outstanding 20 year old female sales rep and watching her clinch her thigh in fear as this degenerate yelled and swore at her ( Crapulars fault - as usual - but still no reason to yell at her like that she is one of the nicest reps I have ever seen with the cust ) made me so angry I told the cretin to leave ( my spineless manager would never do that - all scared about his ARSM finding out and hurting his feeble career chances ) I banned the moron . She quit a few weeks later to go make less dough but in a happier environment - and then Crapular hires another 19 year old to be all happy about making 27,000 grand a year and wonder why they have the highest churn . You get what you pay for . The Yankees do well each year because they spend the dough for the best , SAMgular doesn't !!!
This company has so much potential but is too stupid and greedy to understand this . Once again 4 th quarter results will tell the true story .

well off to the nearest Trailer Park to sell some Go Phones !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prepaid visa of course .
