tethered SMS problem

I have a v330, branded from T-Mobile, and am using a Palm Tungsten T3 handheld, that I'm tethering via bluetooth. I can send SMS messages using the client on the handheld, but cannot recieve them. The handheld tells me "Action canceled due to unknown Phone Services error."
Any ideas?

lf it helps, i'm using the v551 driver, because there wasn't one specifically for the v330.
edit: I'll have to remember not to use apostrophes when posting from the PDA in the future... And, it doesn't show the cool "Wirelessly Posted". That's almost not cool.
