Deleting Pre-loaded apps -- Motorola V620

Hi there,
How do I get rid of all of the pre-loaded crap on the Motorola V620 ?
Things like .. ring tones, videos etc etc

Ive had a look at the search results but I cant find anything relevant.
I just want to wipe the phone of all the sound/video files but they appear to be locked !!

you need a program like P2K file manager or motokit to look at your files inside your phone. Then you have to erase it one by one. But be careful. The names in the phone are not the same that you see on the screen. So you could erase a file that might be important. Good luck
